the County & State aforesaid.

Humbly sets forth

That agreeably to an act of
the General Assembly of the State aforesaid
passed at Knoxville on the twenty eighth day
of March Last entitled "An Act Passcribing the
"mode of electing the Military Officers of"
"this State". An election was held at the
Town of Nashville in the said County Of
Davidson on the fourth and fifth Instant
for an Election of one Colonel and Two
