humbly sets forth, That several and
other Persons voted in behalf of the
said McLean at the said Election
who by law were not entitled to Vote,
Testimony of which will be forwarded
to Your Excellency as soon as the same
can be collected-

Wherefore your Memorialist
humbly Prays that the Commission
of second Major of the said
County of Davidson may be filled
up in favor of Your Memorialist
Or that same may be
suspended & submitted to the
honorable the Legislature of
the State aforesaid at their
next Sessions; Or that a
new Election may be ordered
for the appointment of the
Said Officer; Or that
