We beg leave no[w] Sir, to express our
Gratification of being the witnesses of your
being once more called by the unanimous
suffrage of the free men of Tennessee to the
Seat of the chief magistrate of the State,
And expressing our fullest confidence,
That you will continue to execute those
duties which appertain to your office
with that firmness, Judgment, and
Impartiality which has heretofore
Characterized the chief magistrate
of Tennessee
