in your communications and recommend^ed to us
as objects of legislative attention shall meet
with that due investigation and deliberation
that the importance and magnitude of the
different subjects require -

We beg leave now Sir, to express our gratifi
=cation of being the witnesses of your being
once more call'd by the unanimous suffrage
of the freemen of Tennessee to the Seat of the
chief magistrate of the State; and expressing
our fullest confidence that you will continue
to execute those duties which appertain to your
office with that firmness judgement and
impartiality which has heretofore characterized
the chief Magistrate of Tennessee.
