Sir

I have for some time past been Commissioned a Justice of the
peace for Knox County I now find it Inconvenient for me
to Discharge the Duties of that Office any Longer and I Do
by these presents Resign and from the Date hereof Cease to Act as a
Justice of the peace for Said County I am Sir
