The Commissioners for the State
of Tennessee have expended more money on
the treaty, than the Advances they could obtain,
find themselves deficient the amount of Sixty dolars

You will therefore please pay General James
Robertson the Aforesaid sum of Sixty dollars
& you will be Credited for the same in the
settlement of your public Accounts
