Sir
I have done myself the honour of addressing two or three several
letters to you on the subject of the treaty, requesting to
be informed when & where you had concluded to
have the same held, but as yet have not the pleasure
of hearing any thing from you on that subject
which have led me to [conclude?] that either yours
or my letters have [miscarried?] permit me sir to sollicit
you will be so good have [the kindness?] to drop me a line
informing me when & where the treaty is to be held, provided
the same is agreed upon
