Sir.

I was honored with your favor of the 7^th Instant
by Captain Sparks. The Cherokees begin to come
in already to receive their annuity. By the 15^th
Instant they will all be here - The proposal for a
road from Tennessee to Georgia will be renewed,
I shall be very happy if you can make it
convenient to be here at the time. Ipresume if
you will be here when the proposal is made that
we shall succeed in obtaining it.
