1 Copy of a letter to Joseph Anderson Esqr
one of our senators in Congress

2 Copy of a letter to W^m Dixon Esqr one
of our Representatives in Congress

3 A bill introduced in the senate of the
U. S by M^r Franklin from N^o Carolina
declaring the assent of Congress to the
act which was the object of the Mission
here

As to the two first it will readily occur that
they are principally confidential, and will not
due to be politicly discussed as part of the
business on which the agent was sent
here; but as they relate to it, the agent
deems it proper to communicate it to
the Executive for his information
