Sir In Pursuance of the
appointment you was Pleased to honor us
with we have explored and marked the
roads alloted to the State of Tennessee
and have Conformed as near as Possibe to
Your Excellenceys Instructions No. 2 and beg
leave to submit a Report No 3 accompanied
with Copies of Two Tolks or letters addressed
to the Great Council of the Cherokee Nation
No 4 and 5 which we earnestly hope may
meet your Excellencies approbation
