State of Tennessee

This is to certify that William Martin hath
attended one day here as an Elector to vote for President and Vice
President of the United States and that he has three Hundred
miles Riding in travelling to and from this place for which he
is to be allowed agreeable to a law of this state passed November
the third 1803 and amounting to thirty two Dollars and fifty cents
