the Justices of said County do certify that
William Mitchell Esq^r Sheriff of Seveir
County hath performed the duty enjoined
on him by an act to provide for the Election
of Electors of President & Vice President of
the United States & and it appears that the
sum of five dollars & fifteen & one half cents is due
to said Mitchell Given under my hand &
seal at Knoxville this 5^th November 1804
