and his Lady
The Humble Pettition of Judge Thomas Brumley most
Humbly showeth that the sd Poor Pettitioner is falsed [sic]
accused in in prison brought in guilty most humbly
request of your Excellency to grant him a reprief [sic]
as he has served faithfully under your service and bore
great Deal of hardship therefore the poor Pettr
request of your Excellency to look upon him in the
latter part of his years and his anciend [sic] days and has
been true and faithful under your Command
in the time of need therefore he hopes your
Excellency will Gratificate [sic] him for his good service
when under you by so doing your Excellency
