Seveirville [sic] 28^th March 1806~

Sir) At our Nov^r Court 1805 by your
athority [sic] I was sworn in a Justice of the
Peace for Seveir [sic] County in which Capassity [sic]
I have acted untill the present, being about
to move from this part of the Country to
Cumberland I take this opportunity of resigning
my Commission as Justice of the Peace to your
Eccelence [sic] and hopes you will consider the above
sufficent [sic] reasons for my resignation ~
