Sir as I have had the honor of the apointment [sic] of
a Justice of the pease [sic] by the honourable asembly [sic]
of this State I find it ill Convenient for me to
Serve any longer I herewith send you my resignation
which I hop [sic] you will present to the house -

Tenesee [sic] now seting [sic] at Knoxvile [sic]

I have had the honour of that apointment [sic]
of Justice of the peace for Davidson County
I now find it ill Convenient to Serve any longer

ofice [sic] & humbly thank your worships for the
honour done me - -
