Postcript
This committee further conceive it
expedient that the Legislature should
be Convened, likewise an account of
altering the time of holding the
Congressional Ellections of this State
it appearing from advices received
from the hon^l J Wharton Esq^r that
Congress will be convened at an
earlier period than usual, and
in that case, this State would be
left without representation the ensuing Session
Resolved (unanimously) that this Com=
mittee approve of the conduct
of J Wharton Esq^r for his eminent
services in Congress
