Doctor Fisk will wait on you and
the Commissioners about some land-warrants
which I forwarded by [H Ragan|H. Ragan Esquire]];
- if they have passed, to receive the cer-
tificates; if not, to learn the difficulty.
In that case, if any proofs are required,
I will thank you to state them in writing
as my brother is almost totally a stranger
to the business. With undiminished re-
