My Dear Cousin Bob:
Alice is writing to you
so I thought I would a few lines too
Dila has gone in town to the care of
Laura I [illegible] that you know that she is
sick with the [illegible], Uncle Asa wrote
that she suffered very much. It is very lone-
some in our house when Dila is gone
I hope that she will come home soon
Miss Boyden is staying at our house
she went out to the [illegible] [illegible] wi
th us Alice Cora Amasa Fanny James and I
the Miss Boyden and your brothers and sister
went again yester day, Amasa says that she
can skate very well. We have not as
many scholars this terme as we had
last time. I must stop now and
get my Geography lesson for I have
not looked at is and the fourth readr
