and find her introductions and friendship
more useful than his – That was more
thoughtful of Dr B. than I would expect
and Ill not forget his advice. for Mrs
Douglas's levees are better than the
presidents I fancy – But dont imagine
because I tell this that I’m thinking
only of society – D-l a bit – I
am as eager to work now as a lover
