Dear Sir.
A few days ago I worte a letter to Anna, Illinois, asking whether a package of 10,000 pins sent by my father last December had arrived. Today I learn that you are in Washington, & therefore address you there: if they have not arrived the Express Co. must of course answer for the loss.
Glad to learn that you have brought from the West a good collection.
