wish that it might be somewhere and
soon.
Sunday I had ripe Peaches Pears and Apples
at Mrs Gurney in Collins and I also had lots
of fun Laura + I started saturday afternoon
and got home sunday night about 11.
[illegible] Heill wife and child are here thier
child was taken with the measels the next
day after thier arrival it makes it very
unplesant for them as well as us. his wife
is a nice sort of woman woman but
childish and notional she was found
not to have anything done for the child
but she continualy bathed it in cold water
and would let nothing else be done the
Doctor and [illegible] concluded that something
must be done and she had to give
up but she hated to the child is recovering
fast now.
Poor old Aunt [illegible] is well and I trust
happy she is a good old woman if there
ever was one Betsey Anne is well as is [illegible]
folks Bill Humphrey is on his trips
as usual he is a first rate singer voice
rather to heavy but good for a base there
is eight or ten boys here who are all
singers they meet every night and sing
