Here it is then - I am[underlined] agoing to get
married. The next new moon will prob-
-ably be my Honey Moon, for by that time
I shall have made - a Benedit of my-
-self. My intended is a daughter of
Mr. Allen Fisk of Troy New York, and
a niece of your Aunt Carrys. She is
a very accomplished and intelligent lady,
has seen much of the world and proffited
by her experience. Her personal apperance
is striking. She is tall, but finer looking
than handsome. tho most persons call her
beautiful; very vivacious and pleasing
in her manners, but very sensitive,
kind and affectionate in disposition
She is a woman of desided character and
great energy, is rather ambitious and
will try[underlined] to make something of me.
