This is very different from the other Watchman pages that I have done - are you sure it's a Watchman page?
Kaye70, it is different. At various times, newspapers would get contracts for advertisements from national companies/advertisers. They filled in with fluff that didn't have time requirements. Once the advertisements were "set" on the press tray, all they had to set was the filler each week.
