Ordered that the president be requested to present a
Memorial to the general Assembly of this State in the name
of the Officers present, praying that a law may be be passed
Authorising each Regiment of Militia in this State to employ
a fit person to instruct a band of Musick for the ????
of such Regiment, and that the regimental Courts Martial
have power to appropriate monies for the payment thereof
