Regularised as 'bunaan' (see Besold, 2013). The Bunan is an initiation ceremony of southern NSW. It is distinguished from the Kadja-ivallung by having a circular ring of earth, within which the preliminary ceremonies take place, and a small sacred enclosure, at a distance, connected with the Bunan by a path. This form connects the Bunan with the Burbung of the Wiradjuri, the Bora of the Kamilaroi, and the Dora of some Queensland tribes (Hewitt 1904, 519).
The graph displays the other subjects mentioned on the same pages as the subject “Bunaan”. If the same subject occurs on a page with “Bunaan” more than once, it appears closer to “Bunaan” on the graph, and is colored in a darker shade. The closer a subject is to the center, the more "related" the subjects are.
