I am in receipt of
your letter dated 17 Jany being
absent from Home I did not
receive your letter until the
27th April.

With reference to
your request to answer
a few questions, I have much
pleasure, in affording you my
information relating to the
manners of the aborigines of the
north, known as the "Deyirri"

First question. Is the "Deyirri Tribe"
divided into two primary
classes? Answer - Yes. "Thulara"
(Rain) and "Woroocathie" (Emu)
2. question - are the names, Purdie,
Kintala, Koppirrie +c sub-
