Dear David:

In the spirit of furthering education on the arts, The
Visions Foundation has decided to make the audio
cassettes from its second (2nd) national symposium,
"AMERICAN VISIONS: 20th-Century Afro-American Artists,"
available for purchase. A number of people who were
unable to attend the symposium feel that the cassettes
can be a very beneficial learning tool for them.

One of our stated goals in coordinating the symposium
was "to move the study of art history a significant
step forward." If we were not to accommodate the
request for cassettes, we would also not be adhering to
our goals.

We do not expect to make a significant profit.
However, proceeds from the sale of audio cassettes will
go to The Visions Foundation for the purpose of
sponsoring more art symposiums.

Your signature on the enclosed copy of this
letter, acknowledging agreement to our decision, would
be very much appreciated.

I enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope for your
convenience.

Sincerely,

Gary Puckrein [signature] KA
