Dear David,

Enclosed you will find a money
order for two hundred dollars for the first
installement payment for "Vertical movement"
and "Four and Five are One."

Just for the record and to make
sure you are in agreement with the
figures, I would like to go over the
payment plan. The cost for the two
works is two thousand two hundred
dollars (thank you for your generous
consideration). I will send monthly payments
of no less than two hundred dollars
each month with the exception of
August and September. I will make up the
difference before the twelve month
time period is up. Let me know if
there are any discrepancies.

Thank you again. The new additions
to our Driskell Collection has been
enhanced.
