Dear Mr. & Mrs. Driscoll:

On September 27, 1989, I received a telephone call from
Miss Elizabeth Catlett who sculptured two works for you entitled:
"Maternity" and "Woman Resting." She told me to tell you she
has given her consent for me to use mass reproductions of those
works in a legistative kit for education of Mothers' and Children's
Rights. She told me to write to you to ask your permission as
owners for me to obtain a photographic reproduction of these
works from the Bronx Museum.

If you need further information, please feel free to call
me and I shall be glad to give you more information on the project.
