Dear Terry:
I met with Juanita last week and we had a good talk about the exhibition. She will
be finished with her dissertation defense this week after which I am certain that we will be
able to get together for a meeting. I know that you need word from the Dean's office as to
what kind of help will be coming your way.
Greg came by today to do additional photography of some pieces that may be
included in the packet you send out to venues in the future. Since i have provided the
money for Greg's work, S do not necessarily envision this work to be the final
photography for the catalogue. It is my understanding that funds will be allocated in the
projected budget for that purpose.
I had a good visit in my studio in Maine in August with two curators from the
Portland Museum of Art. They noted that they would be presenting the idea to their
exhibition committee in September. I would appreciate knowing what museums have
expressed interest in the exhibition at this time. We do not anticipate having the works out
for more than a year or thereabouts after the show leaves Maryland.
