We (the Gallery and CRBS) are aware that we are
getting ahead of ourselves. But such is the nature of writing
ugrants under pressure. We’ve included you in our plans for
events proposed for the Spring 98 semester when The Art
Gallery will be presenting the important exhibition of David
Driskell’s collection of art. You can read the full prospectus
which is attached to learn all about this.
But first, look for the bright blue stars which indicate
your role. We think/hope that the small (but important)
presentation we’ve lined up for you is something you would
like to do. If you have a 10-month UMCP contract, we’ve
budgeted a small stipend. If you have a 12-month contract,
we’ve budgeted your participation as in-kind.
I’m getting this text into your mailbox, but you should
call/email Adele Seeff if you have questions. She will, in fact,
be trying to reach you simultaneously.
