Dear David Driskell:
It was good to get your letter of
July 14, 1969. It was truly good to
finally meet you, and I was amazed
how much we seem to be traveling the
same road.
I don't know whether I ever was able to Clear up
the two orders for slides from Merritt College. The
Art dept. selected at least 300 slides and our library
ordered everything in your Catalog. I hope that
you have recieved your originals from Prothmann
Associates, Inc. by now.
I cannot see why Fisk can't hire a full time
staff member to work with the slides. There are
several ways that orders could be filled faster. You
could have a stamp for each slide, or simpliest (?) of all
would be a number that could be written quickly on
each slide. If it Corresponds to a number on our
Catalog list I don't feel that anyone would mind
writing on the name of the Artist and the tittle when
they recieve their orders.
Let me know what's happening, and have
