Feb 4th 1878 Sent Bill and Booney to shop - Measured up 30 lbs of potatoes 5th sent tube Wagon To [town] town and Papa went too and took Aunt Edith. We went to MD Wagness ____ 6th Papa came home and brought Mamma and The children from Olney

7th got the wagon ready for town 8th Stormy day Wagon could not go 9th Papa took Aunty Brooke to Hermon brought Ricbard up got the new wagon 10th all staid at home

11th sent wagon to town Papa& Geo worked on the so__ 12th hauled straw do busy yard
