Esteemed Friends

I have this day recd your favours of
the 13th & 17th Inst: & as Moss bro. down the Letter I could
not tell what Tyre Harris's waggon was to have except Salt which
she went out with several Days ago, I have sent you by
Wm Moss the articles you wrote for as at foot, I was almost
out of almanacks so have sent but 1 doz: I shall send for
more by the next Post & can supply you with the duty you
want. I have got all your Tobo. look'd at this day & can
Inform you (to revive your drooping Spirits) that all Chas.
Harris's & Jas. Alston's Tobo. is refus'd, David Geer's, Tyre
Harris's & Peter Coffe's are pass'd I shall get them weigh'd
in the morning & send the weight by John McGehea, I have
sent by this waggon the Hhd: No. 7. the other Cask I have
not yet heard of - I am very respectfully
