reciept for the Load — I have now given up
the charge of the Store in Halifax Town to Mr
Douglas Hamilton, a Gentm who will be obliged
to you for what orders you may send there, or
serving you in every kind office that lies in
his powers — As I shall now reside here
constantly & act jointly with Mr. Buchanan
you may depend on your future orders being
duely answer'd, necessary Dispatch given
to your waggons, the length of the market for
your Commodities when delivered, & every thing
that we can serve you in this way —
