Suffolk Oct. 28th 1771

Dear Sir

By the bearer John Conner you'll recieve a Bale Woolens
from Storrs & Co. and [amans?] Saddle &c. delivered here with a
Package of Rugs & Blankets with some Glassware from A. B. Milners he will
forward an Invoice by this waggon. — Dr. Matthison has
been & now is in such a poor state of health that his life is dispaired
of. I have waited here at least eight Days after finishing what
Business I had to do in hopes of his recovery but it is still
doubtful, and it gives me pain to leave him in such alone
condition, I am very impatient to be at home, notwithstandg
I will stay a few Days longer to see if any alteration in his
disorder which I sincerely wish may be for the Better.

Inclosed is copy of Invoice for the Bale of Woolens, which
concludes me. — Dr. Sr. yr. obt. Servt.

by Moses Doset for Johnston & Thackston, they
engaged to procure them for J. Sitteral & I forgot
