Elizabeth Pinnion left here (after staying all night) took
her youngest child, leaving the oldest here & went (rid) to Town
She has returned & staying at night She has not returned this
morning She came back at night. I think her husband is some
where around about here trying to make a rize by stealing
robing &c, with the McCinley 2 boys There is no good can come
of there course of Conduct it is too notorious & should not be
permitted to go on unpunished
My son Thomas and his little son William came & stayed until
evening he is a verry Inteligent & smart boy We got the last

apple & little William eat it today

We sheled Corn & sent to Mill, will get the Meal in the morning
Some dificulty occured between Margaret & Adaline Wash about

Arch while I was gone a piece with Thomas as he went home. I
have told Adaline to stay away

The Morning is cloudy & raining a little quite calm

Elizabeth Pinnion is here yet & has been for several days
Seems like we cant get her off, tho I have told her to go
several times She has to leave this morning. With some trouble
& dificulty she went. I give her about $1.50 & told her to
leave, if she did not I would force her She left & went to
Prestons & stayed there until she had to leave. She has been
sent here by the Jaggers family to stay but she cant be permitted
to do so She has gone some where I think to McGuires I give
