Hogs killed Pork & Wortham } We salted up all our pork today & resalted what we killed the 30 Novr Mr Guss Wortham stayed all night last night

December Sat 14th The morning is clear The Wind blows cold from the South & East
William William did not git home last night his staying away of nights has become so frequent that I am not so uneasy as I have been tho I have some uneasiness & can't rest so well of nights that he don't come home when he stays away & says nothing about it The boys halled up some wood & halled what Corn there was in the Cedar Crib to the old Cribs there was 3 wagon loads of it about 10 bls
Cold (Wind in the North) turning Cold

Sun 15 The morning is verry cold turned so yesterday evening & verry cold all night The Wind has changued to the E
William William got home this morning having been gone since Friday morning Went to Nashville in the time. John went to Town yesterday & not got home at 12 today
Stock horses turned in to the field } We turned all our horses in to the field next the pawn this morning told them to be turned out in the evening The Corn is all gathered out of it
2 Colts to Wean } We got up the 2 young Colts to Wean yesterday but they broke out of the Orchard & got with there Mothers again. Ezekel
