I was all over Town tryed to see every Voter in Town I
am afraid of the nomination of the K. K. ticket it is Hickey,
Akin, Whithorn, Wood unless it is made to react I don't know
what it will produce.

My General health is some better My cold is better & some
better every way the verry weak and but little use of myself
My hands and feet is verry deficient at times I am better
this morning I have more use of my hands & not so much of
my feet Upon the whole I am better than the week before.
It has rained all day until evening, the ground is verry wet
& muddy Wind shifting to N. W. & turning cold.

Tax $4.50 ) paid my Tax for the Rock Spring Dist 24th for last year 1869
$4.50 to J. W. Williams Tax Collector & Deputy Shff on my
Puss $1.00 ) Cedar land. I got Puss $1.00 Sugar I paid James the Silver-
Watch $4.00 ) smith $4.00 for working on William's watch
