My further wish and desire is that the following tracts of land be sold after my death & be divided between all my children or their proper heirs big one tract of land I purchased of James Kirkham Containing 201 acres more or less one tract I purchased of William Ship Containing 112 1/2 acres more or less one other tract-called the Mill tract. I purchased of the estate of Dennis Grady deceased Containing 179 1/2 acres more or less. also one other tract-Called the Bledsoe tract-containing 284 acres more or less also one other tract-called the Redhouse tract containing 36 3/4 acres more or less also one other tract 14 3/4 acres more or less This land lies on little Lick Creek and adjoining. My Goss land & joins Wm Nichols! My further will & desire is that my large wagon & large Mill and as many of my Plantation Tools & plow Gear. that can be spared be sold & be equally divided between all my children A.M. Shaw Candace B Peake, Laura M. Rogers, Jane S. Herndon Mary M. Wright- John T Shaw Agness M Leathers & Calvin H Shaw or their heirs!

My further will & desire is that the following negros be sold after my death and the money arising from the sale of them be equally divided

between all my children or their proper heirs Viz. Jenkins Granville. Sarah. Violet Warren Ellen. Henry Caswell & Rosana! My further will & desire is that the two shares, I have in, the following negros now in the hands of my mother. Frances Shaw To wit-William, Kells, Tom, Yance, and James after her death be equally divided between all my children as abovenamed or their proper heirs! My further will & desire is that my Executor contend in law if necessary for Isbel and all her children and Grand Children that was left to my sister Polly Morgan & if recovered in law, my part to be equally divided between all my children or their proper heirs! as abovenamed! Also the perishable property now in the hands of my mother after her death, to be sold & the part coming to me to be equally divided between all my children or their proper heirs! My further wish & desire is after the death of my Wife Fanny Martin Shaw. that all the negros I lent her. & their increase & all kinds of Stock household & kitchen furniture, Stil, Wagon, Ox cart Steed, Cotton Gin, Wheat Machine, or any other property that may not be named, be sold & the money arising therefrom to be equally divided between all my children or their proper heirs!

My further will & desire is that, I lend my carryall to my wife during her natural life. Then to be sold with the other property& divided among all my children or their proper heirs. If I have left out that is not named I with it sold and equally divided among all my children as above named!
