1. Sub Fact: Allegedly a group from the Committee to Re-Elect the Pres., which had been listening to tapes produced from bugging devises, in the offices of the Democratic Nat'l. Committee, left a room in the Howard Johnson Motel (2601 Virginia Ave.) with the tapes minutes after the 5 Watergate arrestees were apprehended. Hunt, Liddy, and Mardian were linked to this group.
