from there, & there are always
some ladies here. We give up
one or two tents to them all
the time. Or you can come down
& return to Acworth, and while
you are there I can seize upon
any favorable moment or have
to apply for leave and if successful
we can start right on.
I have no idea I could get leave
long enough to go to Carroll &
Tenn both, but I must see my Mary
if I can get leave at all
and it would be so satisfactory
to have her with me two or three
days, and to carry her to see my
loved sister, that I can not willingly
give up the idea. Dont
Cousin Wm want to see our encampment?
Ask him to bring
you up & come prepared to go
with me, do, please, Darling!
