Mr. Tucker then furnished the report for the sub-committee appointed to investigate the proposal for a Faculty Residence Building at the Woman's College at Greensboro. He recommended that the present committee be discharged, and that the Building Committee of the Woman's College take over the matter and complete all necessary preliminary action. Mr. Whedbee moved that this recommendation be adopted. The motion was seconded by Miss Shaw, and was adopted by unanimous vote.

There being no further business, the meeting then adjourned.
