On motion made and duly seconded, it was voted to dispense with the reading of the minutes.

APPOINTMENT OF CHANCELLOR FOR STATE COLLEGE
President Gray presented a recommendation for the appointment of Dr. Carey H. Bostian as Chancellor at State College. He reviewed the long and tedious work of the various committees appoined to make recommendations for this appointment and told of the many interviews and meetings which he had held in this connection.
