Proposed new Salary Scale for the Schools of Medicine and Dentistry, to be effective as of July 1, 1963. This was approved by the Trustees Health Affairs Committee on July 1, 1963.
The following new salary scale, presented by President Friday, was on motion of Mr Bryant, seconded by Mr. Umstead, unanimously approved:

Appointments:
Norman Dean Anderson, as Assistant Professor of Science Education, School of Education, at annual salary of $8,000 from College funds effective September 1, 1963. Born 1928, Dickens, Iowa. Married. Five children. Education: B.A. 1951, M.A. 1956, University of Iowa. Experience: Teacher, Burlington Public Schools, Iowa, 1952-59; N.S.F. Fellowship, Ohio State University 1957-58; Secondary School Teacher, Pleasant Valley, Bettendorf, Iowa 1959-61; Instructor, Ohio State University 1961-63. Interviewed by: Dean Harry C. Kelly.
Thomas Sanderson Baldwin, as Assistant Professor of Psychology, School of Education, at annual salary of $7,600 from College funds, effective September 1, 1963. This is a replacement for James Brown Grier. Born 1932, Orangeburg, South Carolina. Married. Two children. Education: B.S. 1953; M.A. 1954, University of South Carolina; Ph.D. 1960, Ohio State University. Experience: Part-time Instructor, University of South Carolina 1952-54; Research Psychologist, National Security Agency, Washington, D.C. 1956-61; Research Specialist - Engineering Psychology, North American Aviation, Columbus, Ohio 1961-63; Part-time faculty member Ohio University 1962-63.
