Edward H. Wiser, from Instructor in Agricultural Engineering to
Assistant Professor of Agricultural Engineering, at annual salary of
$9,500 for twelve months from College and Station funds, effective

Change in Status

Mehmet Necati Ozisik, from Associate Professor of Mechanical
Engineering (non-tenutre position) to Associate Professor of Mechanical
Engineering (tenure Position). Dr. Ozisik was appointed effective
September 1, 1963 and was listed in the Trustees report of August
28, 1963.

Increase in Salary

Dr. Jack Suberman, Director of the Summer School and Professor of
English, from annual salary of $14,000 for twelve months from College
funds to annual salary of $16,000, effective October 1, 1964. Dr. Suberman
will assume the operational duties of Director Ruggles. Presently
is is making planning studies directed toward increasing effectiveness in
the growing area of adult education.

Leave of Absence:

James Dalton George, Extension Professor of Animal Science, requests
requests permission for a study leave at half pay of $5,400 from Extension
funds for one year effective October 1, 1964. Mr. George will work on his
Ph.D at Florida State University.

William Robert Hendley, Assistant Professor of Economics, wishes
to request a partial leave without pay, one half-time at one-half salary
of $3,500 for the Fall term effective September 1, 1964 in order to work
on his Ph. D. at Duke University.
