Rodgers will oblige himself to furnish the
Trustees of the University any quantity of lime
not leſs than one thousand nor exceeding five
thousand bushels (which in the estimation of
Judges shall be good when delivered at the
Kiln in the County of Stokes) for the sum
of thirteen pence half penny Virginia currency
perp^r. bushel, which is as low in his opinion as
he could with propriety part with it provided
a sufficient lenth of time be allowed
him between the burning of each kiln
for the quarrying of the rock neceſsary
to make the same
