as before set forth Subject nevertheless to aproviso or Condition for redemption in the said Indenture
of Bargain and Sale contained if the said John Ramsey his Heirs Executors administrators or assigns
should act and truly pay or Cause to be paid to the said Henry E Mculloh his Heirs Executors Administrators

and now along time past, without any deduction whatsoever as in manner before set forth in the

for himself his Heirs Executors Administrators and assigns did also promise Covenent and agree to and
with the said Henry E Mculloh his Heirs Executors Administrators or assigns that he would well and truly pay
or Cause to be paid to the said Henry E Mculloh or his assigns the said sum of [British pound symbol] 82..5.6 and Intered thereon
as in manner and time before set forth in and by the said Indenture of Bargain and Sale duly registered
will more fully appear, which your Orators for greater Certainty by leave to refer. -- And your Orators
further Charge that the said Sum of [British pound symbol] 82..5.6 or any part thereof was not paid to the said Hnery
E Mculloh or to any other person on his account, according to the said proviso in the Said Indenture of
Bargain and Sale mentioned, or at any other time, nor hath the Same been paid to your Orators or to
any other person or persons for their use. -- Your Orators further Shew to your Honors that they have
frequently by their attorney duly authorized for that purpose requested the said John Ramsey
to pay the said sum of [British pound symbol] 82..5.6 together with the Interes due thereon or else peaceably and quietly
to deliver up possession to your Orators of the said Mortgaged premises, which reasonable request
