of the Board this day made and entered into, to authorize
Adlai Osborne Esq. Attorney for the Trustees in the Districts
of Morgan & Salisbury and Commissioner of Confiscated property
in the Districts of Salisbury & Fayetteville, to collect the
monies due or which shall become due on Bonds either
taken or to be taken by him as Attorney or Commissioner
aforesaid - Mr. Osborne nevertheless being bound to settle
and account with the Treasurer as other Attornies
and Commissioners in all respects, save only that his Bonds
or the Bonds taken by him shall be returned to him by
the Treasurer for the purpose of being collected, as by the
Ordinance in that respect made is provided.
