Inclosed is a statement of monies received since my last Settlement (To Wit) Eight hundred and twenty three pounds 12/4 Collected on confiscated property The balance on escheated property the aggregate amt on the executions agst Winbeen & Gray I have, the sum actually due the Trustees on there [Exr?] at present [cant?] ascertain that is after deducting [carts?] Have left in the hands of Col Potter £400.17 for you. you will oblige me very much in making an acct for me both as an attorney & Commissioner and transmitt by post, & let me pay the postage, another reason prevented my making out an acct. was I did not know whether there was commissions allowed on the monies collected on the Judgt agt Winbeen & Gray this you will please advise me. I think in [?] are intitled. Have more
